    GREEN BIZ WORKSHOP REPORT Workshop Summary The Green Biz Workshop is part of the Green Futures initiative organized by Mega Impact Foundation and Women and Youth empowerment For Global Change Initiative in collaboration with the Delta State Ministry of Women Affairs Community and Social Development as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen food security, promote sustainable livelihoods, and empower vulnerable groups within our communities. The workshop brought together 100 participants including widows, youths and farmers, totaling 100 participants. The initiative was designed to equip participants with practical knowledge in agribusiness, provide startup resources, and establish mechanisms for long-term economic resilience. The workshop took place on the 16 th of September 2025 at the Professor Chike Edozien Secretariat with 80 widowed small-holder farmers and 20 Agripreneurs in attendance. Executive Summary The 5th edition of Mega Impact Foundation’s NextGen Connect Initiative in commemoration of the 2025 International Day of the Boy Child celebration was successfully held on the 14th and 15th May 2025 in Asaba, Delta State. The event themed “Raising Resilient Boys in the Digital Age” featured the grand finale of an interschool oratory competition, a high-level conference, and a panel session with thought leaders, and an award ceremony recognizing excellence among boys, schools, and community contributors.
